The DVD of The Bourne Identity (I think - it was one of the Bourne
trilogy) has and excellent special feature on how sound design is done
of modern films. They have it set up so you can hear the various layers
of dialog/ambiance/effects in a scene. Really fascinating. And there's
some interesting interviews with the recordists, Bob Beemer, and
others.
