If they do it properly, absolutely none of the work is overlapping,
except maybe the listening and thinking part.
You might talk to Don Grossinger, though.

does nice work and he will leave stuff alone that needs to be left alone.
He does his own lacquer work. He's not super cheap but he will work with
you.
