Sony CDP CX-455 (400 CD changer)

I have recently acquired a CX-455 and have "piggy-backed" it with my
first changer, the CX-400. I have assigned artist files to each CD in
the CX-455. When I turn the changer off then back on, the artist
files have all changed from what I inputted. Is anyone else out there
having a similar problem? I like my old CX-400 a LOT better than the
newer model in terms of the different ways one can categorize CDs on
the older model. Pretty UNHAPPY with the new one due to the
aforementioned problem.
