    Hi all,

I have my digital front end for sale. Comprises of:

Altmann Attraction DAC (with JISCO and optical, does NOT have higher sampling rates option)
    Wadia 170i
RWA Battery enclosure with cables to power both Wadia & Altmann DAC at same time (about 6 hrs playing time)
Ipod Classic 6th Gen 160GB (I get about 450 albums on this using Apple lossless - good condition - some scratches on back - as usual)

What makes this special - its entirely SLA battery powered - no mains pollution. I got Vinnie at RWA to make me an SLA battery enclosure with terminals/cables that power both the Wadia and the DAC. No need for car batteries in this setup

Improvement on the Wadia by powering it via battery cannot be overemphasised. Altmann DAC is well known as a fine example of a well implemented NOS DAC (needs a battery to power it).

I'm selling because I'm upgrading to a RWA Isabella preamp/DAC and I'll be using a laptop from here on in.

Asking for £850 total (inc P&P) for the above. I can split but I'd prefer somebody to buy the Wadia/DAC/battery together so they can get the full benefit.

    Split prices are:

    Wadia 170i Dock = £200
RWA battery and cables = £50
    Altmann Attraction DAC = £500
    Ipod classic 160gb = £100

    Pics are on hifiwigwam.

    Cheers,

    Steve
