Pioneer A300R Precision, 'audiophile' amplifier, with full after market upgrades by Tom Evans Audio.
plus extensive damping applied to the chassis and cover.

With Remote, Manual and Receipt and original box. As new condition in every way!

A very transparent amplifier that neither adds nor detracts to the original sound.
    Well defined sound stage.

Does the twig and the white thing (a towel?) come with it?

    Forgot to mention!
The price is £395 plus carriage.

    A standard A300R/P was £400.
Tom Evans is currently charging £500+ for the mods.

Good luck then, because I have seen A400GTE's go for much less than that.

    Paul,

You are right! A400GTE is cheaper. I have owned A400 and A400GTE in the past. Sold my A400GTE for about £160.

Even before the aftermarket mods by Tom Evans, the A300R/P cost twice as much as A400GTE. See HFC review at
    http://www.hifichoice.co.uk/archive/perl/433_printreview.htm

A300R/P is much superior to A400GTE; though less power on paper (before TE mods).

Tom Evans is the brain behind both A400GTE and A300R/P.
Have a chat with him on 01443 833570.
He will tell you all about his mods that he still do to A300R/P and the results.

Sold now. Going to a gentleman in Aldershot. He said someone in a forum told him about it.
Many thanks to who ever it is. :)

I set it up again before packaging it up. Sounds as sweet as ever. Sorry to see it go.

For the purists among you, this amp is well worth seeking out. Here are some links:
