    It wil drain the batteries very fast, it will sound awful as well. It probably won't last 5 minutes either. I am against products that cheap because they don't last, so its bad for environment.

    Even if the plastic could be recycled the manufacture is not a clean process nor is the recycleing process.

    At least with 'proper' HIFI stuff I have no doubt that my amp/turntbale/tuner/speakers will still be going in 20 years time (hopefully not by me!).

    My CDP may last another 5 years.
