Arlo Guthrie (son of Woody Guthrie), a '70s folk singer and anti Vietnam War protester wrote a great song (and subsequent short film of the same) called Alice's Restaurant which tells the story of how he got arrested for littering and it's impact on his war effort. I used a quote from it in one of Steve's posts over on Pink Fish.
