If you are short of brown bread and bluetak or want a different texture peanut butter does the job quite well, but make sure to use the smooth and preferably organic - I find the Whole Earth brand has so much more depth and feeling than Sunpat.:MILD:

i feel that sadly in this head peanut butter may not work that well as it'd just ooze out of the loading drawer. aparently you can use set honey of you need some extra tonal sweetness or lemons if your bass needs tightening up...

with my serious hat on for a moment: http://www.b-quiet.com/brownbread.html

    mr cat,
it's a cheap grotty richer sounds special (a limit 9900se i think). i was wanting to know which bits of the transport to clog up with blutak (without rendering it useless) and also which capacitors and other components to damp with some sort of 'brown bread' like damping stuff. there was iirc also some talk of wrapping various connectors and wires in tin foil but that may be a little dangerous for me.
    cheers

Looks like I have about 1/2 doz pages that mention brown-bread - probably about 400kB. Don't really want to spend too much time separating wheat from chaff, or clog up this server, but if you PM me your email I'll zip them up and mail you them.
