I was just over on hififorsale and saw that someone has some dpa kit for sale at a bargain price. He is selling a dpa200S pre amp with 2x dpa200S power amps for £600. (original cost £2000+) The amps can be bridged for 200w/ch or run biamped. They are very fast, detailed and transparent.

I reckon these are serious quality amps at a bargain price. It has got to be worth a punt for someone.

    Cheers, Robbo

    Gazz,

dpa are no more unfortunately, thats why the amps are so cheap. As long as they are in good condition, there should not be much of a problem and in any case the guys at chevin audio can repair dpa kit.

Thes amps were very well reviewed by hifi world and hifi news in the mid 90s

If I wanted to buy them, I'd offer the guy £500.

Someone has got a good bargain there. As they sold so quickly, I suspect he will be wondering if he underpriced them!
