I am going to Barcelona for 2 nights, then Lloret for 3 nights, then another 2 in Barcelona.

So I am not going to be here until next sunday maybe monday.

I don't suppose anybody knows if any indie style bars exist in Barcelona?

So you want ot go to Barcelona in order to pretend you're still in Manchester? I find that rather confusing TBH.
Barcelona is a great city (I may retire there in a few years), try adjusting to it's rhythms and you will be amply rewarded.

isn't barcelona the place with the gaudi architecture? if so take the opportunity to go and have a look at that rather than do the typicly english thing of getting pissed and eating egg and chips.

Barcelona is one of my all time favourite cities. Full of gorgeous babes aswell :p . About time I went there again... Yep, the Gaudi architecture is cool, especially Park Guelll and the Sagrada Familia church.

AT, enjoy the good food, the fine women and some local music and you'll have a great time :)
