Well guys, I just wanted to wish you a happy xmas and new year, and to bid you farewell... I think the times come for me to move on. Basically guys I just think I've totally lost interest in this hobby, and I'm happy with what I've got TBH. I *might* be making one last change sometime in the future, but I'm very clear about what that change will possibly be (if i do it).

Also, my job has changed at work after the new year and basically I'll be lucky if I have any time to browse forums at all during work, and probably wont really have much time to browse a lot of forums full stop - put simply i need to cut back on my forum surfing because frankly its just taking up far too much time these days. Frankly, I feel I have little if anything to contribute any more (to this or any other hifi forum really).

Not only that, but I'm moving on to pastures new anyway, I'm wanting to sort out a system for my car and then after that who knows, but its safe to say that hifi will not figure very much in my future plans if at all.

Anyway, its not an attention seeking thread seeking sympathy or anything like that, it just really is time for me to move on :)

It has been fun though, I think I've learned quite a bit, and I've met some great people.... and I may well pop my head in sometime in the future, but for now at least its time to move on... :)

    ATB guys :)

You will be missed but I am sure you will come back soon, thanks for helping my choose my headphones way back in August 2003, I still have those Philips now and they have been used for at least two hours a day, they still look brand new the only thing thats gone wrong with them is the cable.

The best £50 I have spent in my life. If it wasn'rt for your sugesstion I would have automaticaly dismissed them because they had a Philips badge on them.

PS Pual Google will be lonely without you :p

Why have I got a feeling of deja vu? Have you said this before in the past on other forums Paul or is my mind playing tricks on me.

    All the best anyway.

    Matt.

Matt/Michael, I think you're being a tad unfair to Paul. I think this time he means it.

    P.S. I'd give him a month:D

miss you pb, you have been a good member, fwiw, I am a tad jaded now, with the 'hobby' I think you can burn yourself out.

hobby....yes that's what it is, its more than just listening to music, its a real thing in itself.
