I know of a harpsichord near me looking for a home. It would I think be free, but it needs a rebuild, the tuning board is twisted I think. It belongs to someone I know and her husband built it for her. He's sadly deceased, and she doesn't want to throw it on the tip. Would be an ideal project for someone with the right skills.
