How do I find the webmaster or board administrator for Vinyl Engine?

Can anyone here tell me how to contact the Webmaster or Board Administrator for The Vinyl Engine please?

I have just clicked a link here to The Vinyl Engine and got a message back saying I have been banned from that forum.

My God, what can I have done?? I feel like a criminal.

Anyway, the message says I should contact the webmaster or board administrator for more information. But, it doesn't say how to contact these folk. I have looked all over the site and can't figure it out at all. In fact, many of the buttons I try to click just keep comming back telling me I am banned.

If anyone here can tell me how to contact the Vinyl Engine Webmaster of Board Administrator, shall be most grateful. I am mystified.
 
I'm not a member, but bored on night-shift took up the challenge.

I went.........

Site Map -> About -> Contact -> Technical Queries(?)

Then it gave me a list of the moderators at the top of the threads so I could select one eg. "Seb" and email him. But, his email address is.......
