    Interest check

I'm having a thorough overhaul of my hi fi bits and bobs and therefore I wanted to check if anyone fancies getting their grubby mits on a Derek Shek NOS DAC and the matching PSU?

I understand from recent correpsondence with Derek that he has stopped putting these together.

If you've clicked here the chances are that you know all about the DAC and it's sound quality - if not do a search on this or nearly all the other hi fi forums; it's a truly wonderful piece of kit at a daft price.

    So, anyone?

I would be looking for 170 plus postage

Note that I am in Brussels, but it's not a massively heavy bit of kit so I doubt it would be much more than a tenner with UPS.

Assuming you're not from Krygszstan. I think that's a bit more

Presume 170 is in pounds and not euros?

Sadly for your wallet, but happily for mine, yes that is pounds.

My bloody EuroJohnny keyboard has no pound sign in sight.

    Personally, I blame John Major

I'm still a week or so away from deciding, but given the amount of interest thus far, I am sticking with the price of 170 of Lizzies crispest plus postage @ cost up to 13 quid.

If for some reason it is more I will cover the extra

OK £170 + postage if you can LMK how you want payment.
    Thanks

OK, KASUMI has the first right of refusal as he has offered me what I was looking for. I will know later this week if I am selling.

In the event that he changes his mind, the "for sale" thread will appear here

    http://www.hifiwigwam.com/forum5/804.html

This is the forum which I use the most so any interested parties should subscribe to that thread and they will immediately know if I am putting in on open sale (which now seems unlilely) - it's getting complicated with using 3 forums for the advertising

    Thanks for the interest,

    Craig
