Well, it's been a few years....

I'm sure you're aware of how good the Bristol music *scene* is/was. Dnb, Trip Hop etc... Used to be quite a few free parties on both sides of the severn. I'm sure they're still going on, but I tended to be MOre of a friend of a freind of a friend..... when it came to finding out the where's and whens. A few mates set up their own events but this has all since been passed on to other people (apparently it's still going and doing ok). My girlfriend used to be into the party scene in and around London and has some interesting stories to tell :)

I'm not sure if Lakota works on the same format anyMOre, but used to be Techno, breaks, etc... downstairs and DnB upstairs.

    Just read these......

Worth at least having a look........ well....... hard house! eeek!

Hard house is OK in moderation, but they need other styles to fill a club - I reckon a night with rock/metal, psy-trance/acid/techno, and general chill music from all styles (filling all three rooms) would be sorted - you'd get one hell of a good mix.

I'd ban alcohol though, and have alternatives, like energy drinks, mushroom tea, chai, red bull, fruit cocktails etc. Too many clubs have beered up bell ends in them - my club would be for people who want to dance ONLY - and handbags would be banned - no dancing round those thanks very much!
