John Denver

Do I have odd tast in music or does anybody else thing he was a great singer? I bought the rocky mountain collection on CD a few weeks ago for £6 new at music zone. I've been playing it none stop since. They are so many damn good songs my favourites are:

Leaving on a jet plane
Annie's Song
Take me Home Country Roads
Peoms, Prayers and Promises
Fly Away
I'm sorry

But its one of them album were I like every single song on the CD! Thats £6 for 20 tracks.

Well...I would not normally use 'great' and 'John Denver' together but if you're talking 'John Denver' and the song 'Rocky Mountain High' then I would probably use the word 'genius'.

If i recall correctly JD was recently consigned to room 101 on GH by one individual(?), with little complaint, primarily for his oft' played Annies song.
