btw, I'm not on the lookout for a new DAC but I always have an eBay "watch" on DACs and transports from when I was looking just to keep an eye on the market

I thought Fisher went bust a long time ago,my grandma had a special edition fisher cd player, it was a hand down, it sounded worse that her £30 Ariston replacement.

I did believe at one time they were an OK company though.

At one time they were a very very good company. But unfortunately that time has long since gone.

If it's got a digital output, perhaps it will make a Teac upgrade once I've given it to WM to breathe on.

After all, he needs a break from Rovers........
