Double Screened with fine copper strands for maximum protection against RFI and EMI.
Not braided. So will also suit with Naim and similar.

This design works best with integrated and power amps.
CDPs and other sources will also benefit in an enviornment with high RFI/EMI levels.

    Construction: CSA 2×2·5 mm2 (10/.25) plus 1×4·0 mm2 (56/0·30)
    Current rating 20 Amp
    Overall dia. 12·2 mm

1.7 meters. As in pic and fitted with good quality IEC socket.
Mains plug have sharp corners removed on all three pins and polished at the right places.
    £19 :)

If your mains is particularily dirty or want to experiment with ferrites, I have an easily removable snap-on ferrite to fit.

    Or ferrite sleeves

just curious as to why you remove sharp edges from the plug pins?

So you don't hurt yourself when you sit on one.

I was told by an expert in this forum that sharp and rough corners are bad for current flow.
I haven't put this to test but decided to do at the same time as polishing.
No harm done, as they say :D

I also made sure that cable direction is followed and put the cable through a 'burn in' process :D

A cable such as this is being tested and evaluated by an independent audiophile with thousands of pounds worth of equipment. When complete, I will post his findings in the main form.

BTW. This cable is an easy to make DIY project and has spec of commercial cables that cost two or three times. See DIY section for details.
