    Well if nothing else you would be protected from a lightening strike which non or RA's products do, plus if it does break your covered by their insureance!

    But I wouldn't have thought it would do much for sound quality, it protect from high surges coming in, doens't "smooth" out the mains which is what you pay the big monry for, but I would have thought it would be better than a £4 B&Q one!

    It was the claim of "Filters EMI/RFI noise up to 75 dB reduction" that made me take a look :confused:
