SOLD: Michell Alecto Mk2 monoblocks £775

Owned by me since new, immaculate. See blurb below. These are very sweet sounding ('valve-like' comes up a lot in reviews) and really gorgeous looking amps. I'm only selling due to upgrade to a significantly more expensive and powerful (but much uglier :( ) amp to drive more bass from my unsually difficult speakers. I paid £2400 for these amps new. Selling for £775 including plain power cords (I have Kimber ones available for extra cost if interested), + PP £27 for 2 day parcelforce. Happy to demo chez moi in Ipswich. There is another pair of these amps selling for £1250 in the Emporium, so this is a genuine bargain!!

occurred to me that people might want to pay less and use their own cords. the Alectos need L-shaped plugs which go in underneath, so I'd take those off the Kimber cords and include them forthe new owner to reterminate whatever cords. when these amps appear second hand in shops they tend to sell for arond £950 (and I've had an offer from a shop based on a resale at that), with no 'history', so I think something around 800 for a one-owner pair is a decent price - but Im open to sensible offers.
