    Hey folks.

I have a Mitchell Focus One turntable with SME series 3 arm.

I have heard that there was an 'S' model which had some motor improvements but I am not sure which mine is.

I have recently done some tweaks to improve the motor by adding some nylon washers which made a big difference.

Does anybody know what the original mod's were or if anybody is familiar enough with this TT, how to improve it more.

    Thanks in Advance,

    Snoo.

    Hi Mate

An obvious answer this one, but I'd try Michell in Borehamwood.

Really helpful people IME, and they welcome people taking along their decks for upgrades/mods on site (TT permiting).

Not the answer you may want though? unfortunately I have no direct experience with the model youve got.

    Cheers
    Chris

    Thanks guys.

Seeing as mine has an Alu' platter. I guess that answers one question!

    Cheers.
