Musical Fidelity A1000 Integrated on eBay

    well its not mine!
    but as to its sound, its the closest tranny amp I have heard to a valve., there is little difference. Its still not quite there, mid and treble don't have that lovely spaciousness, and its more forward, but treble is darker.
    Still one of the best trannys. I may sell mine on one day, as I really am a valve person, and tho' close, i still prefer them!

    Hi Lt Cdr Data,

    Do you still have your A1000 & would you consider selling it? At the moment I'm seriously looking for one of these amps.

    Hi Mr Cat thanks for the info :) Actually I'm running a Myryad at the moment, I was actually looking to change to something a little more "valve" like. My Stereo system is Marantz CD/AD-12 ProAc Response SC Speakers.
