new cd rw/mechanisms

    away from the overcrowded south
    anyone else having difficulty with these newer cd mechanisms, I have one, and its not happy sometimes reading copied discs.
    Oddly, the older mechanisms seem to be very happy indeed.
    I suspect its the software myself, anyone else shed any light?
