New release of Gorecki 3rd Symphony?

    Hello I would be interested if anyone has listened to the new recording of Henrik Goreckis' 3rd Symphony? I have always listened to the Dawn Upshaw one and really enjoyed it ( wonderfully powerfull voice) but have read that the new one with a Polish singer is better. can anyone give their opinion please, thanks Ben.

    Don't know about a new recording, but I can recommend Antoni Wit's version with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra. Zofia Kilanowicz is the soprano.

    Yes my error, was recoded in 2003. New to me though. Have been listening to Dawn Upshaw for over ten years now, would feel guilty ditching her for another women!
