Power Cable/Cord Components

    Why not give both a try. You can compare them then. Probably wouldnt cost too much. Jim.

    Sounds like your very pleased cylinvan. Mine made the sound stage wider and a bit better depth too. How about doing your own speaker cable and interconnects, these can make even more improvements. Jim.

    Funnily enough, new speaker leads are right up at the top of the new purchase list. Holidays and car insurance took car of available funds for the next month or 2!!
    I am thinking of Chord Carnival Silver Plus Biwire.
    System is Cyrus CD7, Chord Chamelion, Linn Intek, and Mission M51's
    (My Vandersteens have been banished from the newly decorated room - the Missions 'look nicer' :rolleyes: but give it time and they might find there way back!)
    Any suggestions gratefully received.I need to kep costs to £100ish and will need 2x 5mtr runs.
