    Hi,
This may ring a slight bell with some of you, however:
I'm having problems. Just replaced the pickup (KSS210a) in my Rotel RCD930ax. All went fine, removed the solder bridge, put it back together etc.. But now it doesn't work, in the slightest. It won't read anything, and the draw won't even stay shut while empty. Can anyone give me some pointers please?
    Thanks

Get a hand lens and check you have removed all the solder ...

are you happy with the connections ....

recheck the seating of the foil jumper from transport to the main board...lift the lock and a reseat..

[I'm guessing on this bit as I've not changed one of these]

well **** me, it was a loose lead from the main bored, didn't look loose but just tightned them all up.
Sorry to waste your time, but you did make me double check...
