    Interesting... can understand why he's miffed. If nothing else, the RT7s were actually pretty good speakers, similar in price and size to the B&W DM602 and perhaps slightly better (although the british hifi press would never say so of course). Friend of mine has a pair on the end of an Alpha 8.

    Unfortunately Mr C planned obsolesence is not only in hifi, still gives us something to moan about.

    Completely agree analoguekid. What a world we live in :rolleyes: Totally depressing when you consider that modern technologies and materials could give us products to easily last a lifetime, and thus much reduce our impact on the environment, among many other benefits.
