Rotel RB-1090 monster power amp, 2 x 380 Watts @ 8 Ohms, Mint, Boxed, One owner from new and 3 years old. Rotel's best amp ever that takes on the high end marques and is still regarded as being Rotels best amp ever even compared to the new 'digital' offerings !

You won't get a better amp for the price. Collection advised due to weight or courier delivery at buyer's expense.

Had one of these about 4 years ago driving some Ruark Solstice speakers - very smooth and enjoyable. For the money it's a heck of a lot of amp - just make sure you can lift it (I had to get a friend to do that!). It even has little wheels on it for moving it along.

 

Yes it's a beast but it sounds excellent! No solid state listening fatigue you get with some tranny amps and all the power you will ever need. It has an almost valve like quality, but with all the punch and dynamics that tranny amps normally deliver. Runs cool too !

According to Rotel this amp is based on filtered down technology that applied to the high end Rotel Michi range of amps but they gave it more power in the process. This is still apparently regarded by Rotel as the best amp they ever made! (even to this day). It has won ‘Stereophile’ awards for several years running in their recommended components section.

This one is 3 years old, its mint and boxed!
