Scottish Hifi & Home Cinema Show

So, who's going? Want to meet up? I'm planning to go both days and would be happy to join any fellow ZGers for a drink or a wander. Any takers?

Are they going to held it in the wee village on the way to St Andrews again this year?

 

It's the same place as last year, the Marriott Dalmahoy hotel. And yeah it's out in the middle of nowhere. Though if it's like last time there'll be a wee free bus running from outside Loud & Clear, in Stockbridge here in Edinburgh.

BTW am taking the car from paisley can manage another three from the glasgow area if you want to cadge a lift.

 

Well I suppose the best place to meet would be the eating area, assuming it's laid out as it was last time. Dunno what would be the best time? I suppose later in the day after we've had a chance to do some solo wandering, but not so late that we couldn't do a bit of communal wandering afterwards..? So... 3pm?

I might be there in an official capacity doing a room.....or I might not. I'll let you guys know....not that any of you are particularily iinterested in video I feel.

I'm planning to be there, not sure which day. I'm prepared to be impressed by the vde side but reckon that the 32inch Tosh telly wont be replaced for at least a year.

 

I might go - possibly Sunday or Sat afternoon.... I've never been impressed at hifi shows in the past, but will give it a try.

 

Actually, I would be interested in finding out what an ISF calibration can do for picture quality, but unfortunately, scotland is too far away!

Ok - I'm going to try to go on Sunday - what time is it open in the morning? Of course all the exhibitors will have hangovers on the Sunday morning, will they not?
I will be driving from South Western side of Edinburgh, only 10-15 mins from Dalmahoy, if thats of use to anyone.
