After I move house, I will be going for a different solution. It therefore seems sensible to sell the REL before I move - one less excuse for the removers to up the price.

When you decide something you don't hang around dithering do you :)

Good luck with the 'different solution' - don't recall but are you planning a trip up to the Bristol show?

Unless house selling/buying prevents it, I am intending to go to the Bristol Show this year.

Well it was more something Tony said that got me thinking and experimenting. The sub goes back to when I still had Mission 773e's. I've never tried the Dynaudios without it.

    So I did :)

    **** me

These little Dynaudios are something else, they really are :slayer:

Not saying I won't have another sub in the future but if and when I do, it will be of the Velodyne DD persuasion with room correction.

I can do without the bulk and weight while I'm moving house so the REL is up for grabs.

Happy to go along with that!

Hadn't realised the move was at such an advanced stage; if you are viewing anything down this way do look us up. As I said I'm pretty sure the system here really doesn't do much of what you are after but the house/room is not un-typical of much of the smallish older stock in the area.

Would you take £325 and how far away from London are you? Would be happy to pay your fee for delivery - even pay for you to go through congestion zone if it helps?

    In Somerset actually :-D

The town of Glastonbury is built on it - although it never was a true island as there was a narrow causeway connecting it to the mainland near Pilton.

Delivery to London would be £25 if I do it (or £50 by courier - it's big and heavy).

The total would be £425 if I deliver it. That's a huge bargain for a £1000 sub.

Alright - hope I'm better at choosing subs than I am at negotiating!
