SONY HAR-D1000 hard disk recorder help

    Anyone here got one of these.. or know someone that has one?

    i got given one for free, but its just the unit.. no software and no remote control and no drivers

    any assistance in helping to get it up and running would be usefull :)

    yeah no help on either case.... i already found everything online i could and had exhausted all possibilities, hence why im posting here :(

    the issue is that software is only an update to an existing version of it, it also wont work without the drivers for the hardware
