    My speaker musings continue

i wondered if one here has any experience of the Hyperion speakers that look a little like wilson audio things.

the reviews seem to suggest that even at a $/£ ratio beloved of us kit importers they are a bit of a bargain.

    any thoughts?

    Hi,

Yes, I do know them a bit.

They are very good traditional speakers. Definitly worth auditioning. I always had a soft spot for Watt/Puppy style speakers, they seem to strike a good balance of compromises....

    Hi,

I'm not John, but I know these Speakers too, they are a lot less conventional. They have a well above average efficiency and have more resolution than traditional speakers. I DO like them better than conventional speakers, but that is because I invariably prefer the higher efficiency speaker, all else being sufficiently equal.
