Tannoy Mercury mX4-m

hey,

Last night I ordered a pair of Cherry coloured Tannoy Mercury mX4-m's for a mear £145 delivered. I read a few articles about the mx2-m and mx3-m but not the mx4-m i was just wondering if you thought that this was a good or bad way to spend my money.

Also has any one had these before and tell me what they think about them, failing this I will just tell you what I think once I've given them time the break in.

EDIT: they gonna be dark oak now they didnt have the cherry in stock

 

You could prolly get a pair of revolutuion r2's for not much more and IIRC they only come in cherry (real wood veneer). Okay £210 but better overall sound.
