The (un)official ZG Heathrow Show thread

Well, it's coming to that time of year again. Heathrow show is only a month away.

No doubt many regulars will be going. Any of our resident insiders exhibiting?

It looks like I will be there on the friday, in an official capacity, so I doubt that I will be running into many people as I will have stuff to do. I imagine saturday will be the ZG day (usually is). Currently there's a 2 for 1 deal for tickets, so some group buying might be in order.

 

Good idea Isaac, put me down, hang on, why do people do that to me all the time? , add my name to the list for Saturday.

 

Will HiFi News be doing their usual free ticket job with this months mag ?

 

Unfortunately it's on smack in the middle of my 2 weeks in Lisbon for Sept. so I can't make it

Hi-Fi News will have a free ticket for the show in their next issue, on sale 3rd September.

I live in Fleet, Hampshire (J4A M3 Surrey/Berks border) and am going on the Saturday if anyone wants a lift. Car parking tarif is £10 per car!

I'd like to go but unfortunately no chance of being there , its my first weekend at uni which means the start of freshers week so don't worry, I'll still be having fun :MILD:

 

Anyone who is going to be there on the fri, I might be able to meet up at lunch or something, but I've got to get around both buildings in one day...

Sorry I won't have a party room for us this year. I'm waiting until I can demo the new Nonsuch 2s before I do the next show. I'll be there though - probably Friday and Saturday.

yup i'll be going on the saturday, no problems with a lift there if you want one.
meetup at the bar sounds good to me. any particular time? i'd say about 3pm to avoid the lunch rush and to give those that travel time to have a look about first.

Ok, I'm confirmed for the friday. I'll be starting in the morning in the renaissance after attending the breakfast and Ken Ishiwata's presentation. How about a meet in the renaissance bar at 12 noon on the friday for those there on that day?
