MY thorens 160 is nearly ready to spin in anger (once Ive finished the plinth). Theres just one issue bugging me, the psu. I could always just copy whats there and be done with it but thats no fun is it :D

Any idea what I could do? Its a UK motor so it kind of rules out a transformer based psu. Any suggestions welcome.

    PSU for Thorens 160

Suggest you contact White Noise Audio (www.wnaudio.com). In general David's kits are a level (or several) above any you can purchase.
    Regards,
    Jim :)

Im just going to make a geddon clone and be done with it, Im getting abit narked with the whole thing. I forgot that the motor is synchronised to the mains frequency and does not relate to volts.
