Not getting about much so this may as well be somewhere else, I've used it with an ipod and Senn HD-25's and Shure E2C's
Its the older model.........

Comes with a case, admittedly for the later model, but still fits ok and you can get an ipod in as well, but I don't have the box etc.
Manual will be a printout of the PDF above, not that you need a manual of course
