What is the best way of connecting on old analogue cam corder to a PC?

    I have a 10 year old Sony camcorder that was given to me (non DV) it was video out sockets. (phono and s-video).


    What is the best way of connecting this up to my PC. My video card has no inputs and I don't have a TV card.

    Can you buy video cards now with video in? If not will a TV card do the job? I would need some kind of capture software too.
