The reason that I posted this is that each day I think about my favourite Bob Dylan tracks I pick a different one. Tonite my favourite is Visions Of Johanna (the version on Biograph):MILD:

That is an almost impossible question. At the moment though the version of Girl From the North Country on Nashville Skyline ... it'll be something different tomorrow though :)

This is a very difficult question! Today, I'll have to go with 'Just like Tom Thumb's blues' from Highway 61 Revisited.

Could have easily been 'It takes a lot to laugh, it takes a train to cry' from the same album, or 'Stuck inside of Mobile with the Memphis blues again' from Blonde on Blonde or even 'High Water' from Love and Theft.

Naturally enough, I could easily come up with a different selection tomorrow.

    Regards,

    Stuart.

Right at this moment it's Most Of The Time from Oh Mercy.

Anything from Highway 61 Revisited is always worth listening to. Fantastic album, his best IMO.

    What a bloody silly question!!

Yesterday at about 5.35 - Tangled up in blue from Blood on the Tracks
About 30 mins ago - Hurricane from Desire
In about an hour's time - Who knows!!
    Tomorrow - Something else probably

    And Zebedee concurs

    God yeah...just sooo many....but today...

    Simple Twist of Fate.

I usually return to Tangled Up In Blue though. Such a great Kerouacesque story and a lovely tune.

    Kerouacesque - interesting

Ive never thought of Tangled Up as like that of Jach K but there you go. Now Ill need to have a listen again. Tangled Up usually makes me think of a journey through an elaborate painting! Thanks for the posting

Yeah I don't know, it just reminds me a bit of a beatnik travelog. Kind of like the Dharma Bums or On The Road or something.
