Just to start things off some more ravings from those cloth eared chaps at TNT.

As were constantly being told by the luminaries on here, that conductor types has no effect on the percieved sound ...why would this reviewer be so daft as to publish this load of tripe.

    Ah that will explain it.

For people like Zanash, the opportunity is there for you to post something meaningful and corroborated. All you have to do is find it.

I listened at length to both current versions of the Music First pre amplifiers. They sounded almost exactly the same.

In fact, I'd lean towards saying 'they sounded identical'.

I heard greater differences between earlier versions of the MF Pre and the current version, than between silver and copper...

This 'reviewer' has a very active imagination, in my opinion. He's probably a big fan of 'Crossing Over with John Edward'

I've only ever heard the original version ..... but why would you think the silver one would sound any different ? Everyone know that all bits of wire sound the same ... any possible sound differences are down to your imagination.

It is out of order and I've deleted it (again).

Pete, I've already explained my actions in that thread you started. I really don't have time for this nonsense.
