A search on Google found this.

Wiim.

The WiiM Ultra features a single ESS ES9038 Q2M Sabre DAC chip. This high-performance 32-bit/384kHz DAC enables the streamer to provide premium audio quality, supporting high-resolution audio up to 192kHz/24-bit with a high signal-to-noise ratio
  • DAC Chip: ESS ES9038 Q2M.
  • Resolution: Up to 192kHz/24-bit
Naim.
The amplification module also includes the digital-to-analogue conversion circuitry, in an arrangement Naim refers to as direct digital amplification. The native DAC resolution is 24-bit/88.2kHz, although the Mu-so 2 is capable of downscaling files of up to 24-bit/384kHz via UPnP or wired/wireless network connection, and 24-bit/96kHz via its digital optical input. It can't handle MQA files,

Reading these, the Wiim appears better.

Hope this helps.
