Advise needed - capacitor for my failed Sneakey DS PSU

Where can I find this capacitor for my Sneakey DS (not sure what the letters mean).

It says "22 50 S. TD2" on the end of the capacitor

I'm not an electronics engineer but if I heat this up it switches on so I think it needs replacing.
