Am I being impatient

After the phone call to the arsey woman I think I would have been in the car and demanding a replacement or refund face to face.

Pity that, my experience with Romers is A1 10/10 - class, courteous, freindly and willing.

To be fair when I've got hold of the man in charge, he's been nothing but courteous and helpful. But I don't expect to have to expend so much energy chasing them, and don't expect rudeness whilst doing so. I'm sure the outcome will be positive. I now have an email from them saying they will send a replacement. So hopefully it will be full steam ahead soon

lordsummit,
make it clear to them that you are rejecting the cartridge under the distance selling regulations and that you are perfectly entitled to your money back (and are willing to go to the small claims court to get it). confirm this by e-mail and in writing. then you'll be in a much stronger position.
Indeed.
Send a registered letter immeadiately. All the rest can wait...

Sorry for you.

looks like light at the end of the tunnel, then Lord, glad to hear it. My V15 is still in hong kong sorting office, so you will have yours first :( for me :) for you.
