Also for sale is my modified KW500. It is in mint condition with all original untouched packaging.
It also comes with a very expensive specially made up power cable (which really did make a nice if subtle improvement) and cost about £375.
The mods were £800 and were performed by ex MF guy John Sampson of JS Audio.
Anyone wanting a big, powerful and expressive soundstage should take a listen and leave any MF prejudices at home. It's fabulous and I felt was every part as good and better in areas than a rather more expensive LFD pre-power combo.
Anyone is welcome to demo. It is a huge improvement on the original version, dramatically so.
Would love to get £1900 and really wouldn't be selling if there wasn't a very good reason as I really love the sound it produces.
