Well according to my kids some people are only born with one kidney and only discover this fact when something goes wrong with it. Get a check up before you e-bay it Garyi.

Wasn't there a fairly famous medical case recently whereby a Doctor removed a guys good Kidney and left him with the diseased one.

Wouldn't be a bit surprised - that's after also leaving half the implements inside the person, and using the wrong anaesthetic. I don't trust doctors...

Some people don't have any kidneys when they wake up in a bath of ice water in a hotel (IS this an urban legend though???)
 
Most likely, if someone really wanted you kidneys they would probably just kill you eh?

He he he - yeah, well I like to use a large broom for broad brushstrokes... It's just that in my experience doctors (well, many GPs at least) seem to be way too offhand and slapdash in their diagnosis and manner these days. There's obviously a lot of good ones too, but I dunno...

I'm not THAT up on astrology! No idea re April 20th :) I got this weird email years ago which had the descriptions of all the star signs (as a joke I guess) - Geminis (like me) were said to do anything to win a bet - including killing themselves. I'd not go quite that far but :)
 
I've not met James in the professional sense but all doctors that I've met that way are either totally ignorant yet feigning ER importance or just plain ignorant. Thankfully, I've always known far more about my condition than they have. Some listen, others just ER about the place hoping I don't speak or understand basic English.
 
Hiya Alex, you been away? I know what you mean about doctors, having acquired my nickname whilst trying to tutor one in the ways of true righteousness, or at least my version of it.
