Doesn't seem to be much comment for this Mercury Prize winning act (unless I am blind)... anyone listened to the album?
I bought it a couple of weeks back (nice that it's out on vinyl) and was quite amazed; he's one wailing wallop of a talent. Incredible voice and the quality of song-writing is wonderful. I can see that this wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but would encourage everyone to have a listen - I think for once the Mercury Prize has gone to the right nominee (MPeople???).
