Apple Airplay

Andy posted a link to a new Philips product that uses Apple Airplay to receive music directly and wirelessly from an iPod.

This is something people asked Apple for ages ago, wanting to stream from an iPod to an Airport Express.

Does anyone know more about this? Is Philips currently the only people with a product out?

Now we have Airplay can we also stream the music from a network via the iPod and not be limited by it's internal storage?

Can other smaller manufactures get access to this tech?

For now Apple is ruling the roost, but adopting their closed ecosystem surely needs careful thought.

Personally I think the biggest release in this industry to have Airplay is with the B&W Zeppelin which is now the Zeppelin Air...
