Well after the many 'good natured banter' interlopes about cables and voodoo, I'm here to tell you all, I agree with the DBT :yikes: Yes Fellow Z/G's I've had a calling, and not just a knock at the door either, oh yes brothers and sisters, the DBT is here, Double Blue light Testing has offically been recieved with open arms at Chez Wm. :eek:
This very afternoon I took delivery of a black box with just 2, yes 2 Bright blue LED's in a ordinary case, the results were nothing short of 37 levels of M*n*, truely wonderous, the whole sound just seem to emerge from its shell, depth, clarity, speed,dynamics and flowing music :)
The cause I've discovered is not amazing electronics, of cables or surpports, but 2 bright blue LED's, you guys are right it's all physco acoustic, I'm smitten, I've ordered 4.

So after all this time M/F we pulling a blinder :cool:
 
I'm serious, It does nothing at all, yet the effects are far from subtle, I'm sure this astonishing DBT will catch on, serveral members have whitnessed for themselves the miricle that is an empty black box with 2 blue LEDS, it's no joke either :eek:
The power of mind suggestion is amazing, you guys have been right all along, Hell, I'm going to market these babies instead, Instant upgrade of the stunning varitey of coarse :)

Fear Not Brother penance, for I have.... seen the light (both Blue & Bright), and it does bring forth those qualities seldom seen or heard in earthly things, for I have began a new life, a life of DBT, following the calling brothers, you will be amazed call 0800 tol free now and prepared to be dazzled (by double blue lights)

I was there! I witnessed this miraculous effect. Tone's system was clearly suffering the effects of too few blue LEDs, but the addition of bright blue LEDs brought it around again. I was on the verge of being sucked in, but a good dose of green pen has cured me, along with the red LEDs of my superDAC.
 
So, how about blue lights on equipment stands or interconnect cables...

WM is in the ideal position here; how about a 'box of bollocks' halfway down the cable like Spectral etc do, but with a blue led? Got to be worth another couple of hundered quid to the punter - you could sting 'em for a service charge when you change the battery too...

This happiness cannot last - it's only a matter of time 'till Tone starts modding the blue lights, altering their frequency a bit, until they resemble red lights - the only colour to give music the right rhythm ;)
 
I'm also already sorted as my new preamp has a blue LED on the volume knob and the new power amp (will finally be building it next week) will have a blue LED smack in the centre of the front panel :)

You guys really have no imagination....I have (in various combinations), three red ones, a yellow one, a green one....and a blue one - although that does rather get outshone by the green one just above it) - ah that's the next upgrade :yikes: an XPS for the blue LED!

Tis all true, Iaasc now a PAIR of blue lights blazing brightly away, Yes you to can have COMPLETE aural satisfaction for the price of an empty classic looking black box with 2 LED's, never mind valhalla, pah to shunyata,cock a snoot at ps auido, yes chaps just an empty box and ideas of DBT can serve you a life time of mind blowing listening pleasure, so hop to it troops, and form an orderly queue at maplins LED counter, Zero Gain your forum expects nothing less, Long live Blue L.e.d's, up the revolution BLUE LEDS for Prime minster :)
