I know this is not a new thread, however i am going to make one for my LP-12 to replace the Valhalla.
There are a number of prototypes that people have completed but is there a difinitive final answer.
I am useful with a soldering iron so i am not afraid of tackling this fairly "simple" project, but i was wondering if anyone ahd a step by step guide and parts list. Sourcing transformers is not difficult bu a recommended power etc would be gratefully recieved. I will of course update with photos of the build.
I am also going to try and build a phono pre amp. Has anyone had a fantastic result from building their own and would be willing to share the schematics with me so i can make my own.
