Anyone know anything about this DAC? I have the chance to buy one for £60, just wondering if it's any good, and if it's worth the cash?
 
A couple of the guys form AA, went on to do the perptual technology stuff, the V3, is the kiddie, but the V1 has good strong bass, lots of life, but detail wasn't top of the pile on the requirements list, for £60 worth a shot, needs a fair cable to extract the most though. Wm
 
well a V3 is on a classifieds site now for £400 ono, but i dont have that much cash. It's only a short term investment whilst i save up for a decent CD player. Worth it for £60 then (plus £10 P+P)?

Oh, do you know how much they retailed for new by any chance?
