Genuine direct from Audio Technica at a hifi show (there are a lot of counterfeits about) - Have original purchase receipt.
This pair has just been tested as my wife and I bought two pairs. One for her on the Clavinova and one for me to use commuting on the train.
We ended up only needing one pair.
Excellent for cutting out outside noise - brilliant on planes, also very good on trains etc.
